01Who can learn here?+
Learners of any age and starting point may use the platform. The account holder must be at least 18, and a parent or legal guardian manages account details, consent, bookings, and payments for every learner under 18
02What skills can I learn?+
Choose debate, critical thinking, creative thinking, creative writing, communication, or AI literacy—or build a personal website, video, game, app, agent, or automation with AI
03Do I need coding or AI experience?+
No. Start with your first AI conversation or find advanced support for a product, agent, data project, or professional workflow
04How do I choose a teacher?+
Compare profile information, expertise, audience, language, availability, completed verification steps, reviews, and hourly rate, then choose the fit you prefer
05How does pricing work?+
Each teacher lists an hourly rate in USD. Learners book session by session and see duration, total, and applicable charges before payment through Stripe Checkout
06How do cancellations and refunds work?+
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or no-fee reschedule. Later cancellations are normally non-refundable; instructor cancellations and platform failures qualify for refund or rescheduling. See the complete policy
07How are instructors reviewed?+
The platform reviews applications, identity, experience, interview, and teaching audition, plus applicable checks when needed. Profiles show only completed verification steps, and no particular outcome is guaranteed
08How do I report a safety or privacy concern?+
Use the designated subject line in the Support & Safety Center. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first
